Greg’s leadership is rooted in field-proven execution, disciplined schedule management, and firm budget control. He brings a
practical, results-driven approach to every project, understanding what it takes to build efficiently while meeting the real-world
demands of owners, designers, and trades.

and partnership with trade professionals, creating jobsites that are productive, respectful, and safe.

With 40 years of experience on projects from $50k to $140M, Greg founded LaRits to bring hands-on leadership back to the forefront. He combines field-proven execution with disciplined budget control, ensuring every project is delivered with the responsiveness only a principal-led team can provide.

LaRits was formed after decades of experience working within large construction organizations where the small—but critical—details
were often overlooked.
Greg Ritter founded LaRits on a simple belief: successful construction is about more than just the client. It requires respect for thepeople, communities, and environments surrounding each project.
It’s not about the client alone. It has to be about the client and what surrounds them. At LaRits, our goal is to look after the entire project. It takes very little effort to maintain respect and peace with neighboring communities and surrounding staff
